  • I received a letter that says my loan was transferred to Aspen Grove Servicing. Who do I pay and who do I contact?
    In your Welcome letter we include: a) Your Loan number b) Mailing address for making payments (include your loan number) c) Aspen Grove Servicing phone number if you want to pay by phone via an ACH payment
  • If I already mailed a payment to my previous loan servicer will my loan be credited?
    Aspen Grove Servicing will honor your payment as long as we have proof from the previous servicer of the payment made. Please contact us ASAP if you do receive a notice of a missing payment so Aspen Grove Servicing can work with you and make arrangements to transfer the payment. During the 1st 60 days of the transfer, you are not considered late if your payment was received by either servicer within your grace period.
  • Where to make your payments?

  • When is my payment considered late
    A due date and the terms of the grace period and late fee are specified in the Note. If there is a grace period, the late fee will take effect after midnight on the last day of the grace period. Payments must be RECEIVED by our office prior to this time to avoid a late fee. Mail delays or online payment issues are the responsibility of the Borrower. It is the borrower’s responsibility to ensure the payment is received by Aspen Grove Servicing Corporation, in a timely fashion.
  • How your payment is applied to your loan.
    Payments received will be applied in accordance with the terms of your mortgage note. In most cases, the mortgage note will require that funds be first applied to any payments that are past due. Once the account becomes current, additional funds will be applied to interest, outstanding fees, costs, and advances prior to being applied as a principal reduction.
  • How can I get a pay off or updated status of my loan?
    You may request a loan pay off/payment status, including outstanding balance and payment history via email at hello@aspengrv.com or call us at 866-606-6050. Our turnaround time is typically 2 business days or less from the time your request is made.
  • When can I expect a refund from my escrow account, once my loan has been paid in full?
    Any escrow refund or other overpayment is mailed 15 days after your loan has been paid in full. Please be sure to provide us with any new mailing address information to ensure receipt of the refund.
  • Do I need homeowner's insurance?
    YES. The conditions of your mortgage require you to maintain a hazard insurance policy and provide Aspen Grove Servicing with evidence of coverage. If you have not done so yet please have your insurance agent email over proof of your insurance coverage, as soon as possible. Make sure the insurance policy lists the correct mortgagee clause information, which includes our physical address and email as shown below, the effective date and coverage amounts The mortgagee clause must read as follows: Aspen Grove Servicing Corporation ISAOA ATIMA 2398 Fair Oaks Blvd. #7 Sacramento, CA 95825 EMAIL to Aspen Grove Servicing - hello@aspengrv.com ***WARNING*** If Aspen Grove Servicing does not receive evidence of acceptable hazard insurance then Aspen Grove Servicing has the right to secure insurance coverage on your lender’s behalf. Please note the “force placed insurance'' only covers the "unpaid principal balance" of your loan and is limited to physical damage to the structure.
  • Paying the property taxes and/or insurance
    Unless you have an impound / escrow account set up you are responsible for paying the property taxes and/or insurance. ***WARNING*** If Aspen Grove Servicing and/or your lender advances the property taxes and/or homeowners insurance your loan will be in default and there may be additional charges assessed.
  • Receiving my year-end tax information?
    Aspen Grove Servicing will provide you your year-end tax information which will be mailed by the end of January.
  • What can I do if I can not make a monthly payment?
    LIFE HAPPENS so letting us know that you are having financial difficulties and trouble making payment is key. Aspen Grove Servicing will work with you and can in most cases get the late fee waived, please contact us ASAP to discuss how we can best assist you.
  • What options are available if I can not bring my loan current?
    Aspen Grove Servicing understands that sometimes the situation needs more than a one-time waiver of the late fee. Please review the Mortgage Assistance page on the website and don't hesitate to give us a call, we strive to establish strong, long-term relationships with our customers.
