I received a letter that says my loan was transferred to Aspen Grove Servicing. Who do I pay and who do I contact?

In your Welcome letter we include:
a) Your Loan number
b) Mailing address for making payments (include your loan number)
c) Aspen Grove Servicing phone number if you want to pay by phone via an ACH payment

Question 2

If I already mailed a payment to my previous loan servicer will my loan be credited?

Accepted Answer

Aspen Grove Servicing will honor your payment as long as we have proof from the previous servicer of the payment made.  Please contact us ASAP if you do receive a notice of a missing payment so Aspen Grove Servicing can work with you and make arrangements to transfer the payment.  During the 1st 60 days of the transfer, you are not considered late if your payment was received by either servicer within your grace period.
